Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and requires no credit card. It covers basic antivirus scanning and threat quarantine for one personal device.
How is the Pro plan billed?
Pro is billed annually, per device. If you have 10 devices, you pay $190/year. Volume discounts apply at 25+ and 50+ devices — contact us for a custom quote.
Can I add more devices mid-term?
Yes. You can add devices at any time and the cost is pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period. No need to wait for renewal.
What counts as a "device"?
A device is any physical machine — desktop, laptop, or server — running the IRU Shield agent. Virtual machines count as separate devices.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise starts from $13/device/year for 50+ devices (~30% off Pro). For 100+ devices, multi-site deployments, or custom SLAs, contact our sales team for a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
Do you offer a trial of the Pro plan?
Yes. Every Pro signup includes a 30-day free trial with full access. Your card is only charged after the trial ends — cancel before then and pay nothing.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied in the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors.
