Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes prohibited activity and abuse boundaries designed to protect users, infrastructure, and the broader ecosystem.
1. Prohibited conduct
- Using IRU Shield to distribute, facilitate, test, disguise, or support malware or unauthorized intrusion.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in IRU Shield or surrounding systems without express authorization.
- Using the service for credential theft, surveillance abuse, data exfiltration, denial-of-service activity, or fraudulent concealment.
- Abusing licensing, activation, updates, or agent identity to avoid billing or policy controls.
- Using the service in violation of law, sanctions, export controls, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights.
2. Enforcement
IRU Shield may investigate suspected abuse and take protective action including rate limiting, suspension, feature restrictions, report generation, evidence preservation, and legal escalation where appropriate.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for lawful deployment, user permission management, employee training, and secure internal administration of protected devices and teams.
